SERGIO VERA, GUSTAVO GALVAN
AND CHRIS RATTAY
Sergio and Gus are two outstanding men who answered God's call on their lives. Once involved in local gangs and drug abuse, they encountered the love of Christ through a local pastor and church. Today, they serve faithfully on staff at New Life Community Church, reaching and loving people trapped in the same darkness they once knew.
Their ministry in downtown Los Angeles is led by Chris Rattay, who mentors and invests in both Sergio and Gus as they continue to grow in their faith and leadership. 100 West Foundation couldn’t think of a better place for funds to be allocated than to these three faith-filled, faithful men who are true change agents in their community.

DICKENS AND STEPH LIKHANGA
Dickens and Steph met in Kenya, married, and then spent a few years serving in the US. They returned to Africa to serve in Senegal at one of the foremost international schools in the city of Dakar. Dickens works in the school's IT department, and Steph is a High School Counselor. Her heart is to see restoration in kids' lives and bring healing and wholeness to the families in their community. Steph is trained in TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) and partners with our friend, Barbara Stewart, who pioneered Made 4 Connection.
International School of Dakar - Senegal
ADAM AND ABBY STRANGE
Adam and Abby Strange are being trained to lead a YWAM base in Muskegon, Michigan. While serving in Michigan, they were actively involved in outreach to people experiencing homelessness, helping create a space where individuals could access clothing and be ministered to. They also led weekly Bible studies at a juvenile detention center and hosted monthly worship nights.
They are currently based in Florida, receiving further training and mentorship from YWAM leaders as they prepare to return to Michigan.

DMITRY AND VICTORIA SIM
Dmitry and Victoria Sim are dedicated teachers based in China with a heart for serving children and young people. Dmitry has a passion for working with children with special needs, investing in their growth and development with patience and care.
Each summer, they lead an English camp ministry in Central Asia, creating a fun and engaging space where children can strengthen their English skills, enjoy games, and learn about the gospel. Alongside this, Dmitry and Victoria are actively involved in ministry work with university students.
Teach Beyond - China
TRACY AND JULIE DYKES
Tracy and Julie Dykes serve as missionaries with Cru, dedicating their lives to sharing the gospel and discipling the next generation. Each year, they lead a mission trip to Iloilo, Philippines, where high school and college students have the opportunity to grow in their faith while serving local communities through outreach, evangelism, and practical acts of love.
The Dykes focus on MK's (missionary kids). MK2MK is a program from Cru that builds a global spiritual community of MK's to impact the world. This is the part of the heart behind Iloilo and other trips they lead.
Tracy also shares a special connection with 100 West Foundation, having grown up as Judy's neighbor, making this partnership a meaningful and longstanding relationship.

JAMES REBBAVARAPU
James Paul Rebbavarapu serves as a Global Catalyst on the NOVO Global Partners Lead Team. A third-generation gospel movement leader from India, James and his wife, Sarah, began their ministry in South Asia in 1997.
Now based in the United States, James mentors and supports leaders across the NOVO network while helping steward the ministry's work and partnerships throughout South Asia.

INTERN LEADERS
We are passionate about investing in the next generation of leaders by supporting intern missionaries serving around the world.
Janice Boersma will serve as a pioneering student leader with AG Campus Ministries at California State University, Fullerton. She will lead a small group of upperclasswomen while investing in the lives of college students through discipleship, mentorship, and outreach.
Ella Layer will spend a year serving with a campus ministry in Bangkok, Thailand. She will help lead the university ministry by engaging with students, fostering authentic community, and creating opportunities for them to grow in their faith.
By supporting these intern missionaries, we are helping equip young leaders to make a lasting impact on university campuses and in the lives of students around the world.
